Wild Coho Salmon Ikura - 2022 Season

Coho Salmon Ikura (Roe) is mid-sized and closer to red than orange.  With numerous health benefits, Wild Alaska Salmon Roe contain a healthy amount of antioxidants and vitamins B12, C, E, and D as well as folate, thiamine, and selenium.  High in protein, 9g in just 1oz.

What you receive:

1 - 500g Frozen Tray

S Grade - Large Egg 4.5 mm or larger - Mature Roe, good freshness, firm

Kosher Certified

Fresh/Frozen orders are shipped Monday through Thursday upon availability via UPS overnight next day air. Orders received after 7am AST will be shipped upon the next available shipping day.  Orders placed Friday - Sunday will be shipped Monday upon availability.

The recipient should be present the day and time of scheduled delivery to ensure proper handling of fresh or frozen product. No signature required, package will be left if no one is available at time of delivery.
