Wild Red King Crab

Pre-cooked, Sweet, Frim but Tender, Rich, Luxurious and ready for re-heating.

Wild Red King Crab remains the most sought after species of crab due to its size, quality and appearance. Their unique red and white shells open up to bright white meat, which has a bold, rich flavor. 

Although it may be added to a variety of recipes, we recommend simply boiling the sections from frozen. Once heated throughout, crack or cut each section and watch as huge chunks of meat slide easily from the shell. Average .75 to 1lb. per leg

Alaska King Salmon

King Salmon, also known as Chinook Salmon, are the largest of the Alaska salmon species, averaging between 10-50 lbs, and topping out a whopping 130 lbs. King salmon are naturally packed with omega-3 rich, flavorful oils, a quality which makes them one of the most sought-after Alaskan delicacies.
King Salmon have a complex life cycle; hatching and living in fresh water for 2 years and spending between 1 and 5 years in the ocean before returning to fresh water to spawn.  As a wild-capture fishery. Alaska King Salmon are harvested from the open ocean.  The fish are then transported to processing facilities located in small fishing communities scattered along Alaska's coastline.  The Alaska king salmon fishery is the largest wild-capture king fishery on earth.  
Wild King Salmon provide marine derived Omega-3 fatty acids, essential to the human body.  DHA and EPA in wild Alaska king salmon are the most studied, beneficial, and readily usable healthy fats for the body.

Wild Alaska Halibut inhabit the deep ocean floors of Alaska's pristine inlets. After swimming upright for the first six months of their lives, they rotate to one side and their eyes shift skyward. Their adaptability in nature is matched by their flexibility in the kitchen. The firm delicate texture and clean flavor of Wild Alaska Halibut lends itself effortlessly to just about any seafood dish and cooking method imaginable.

What Is A Halibut Cheek?

Most people know that wild Alaska halibut is some of the best tasting whitefish in the world, but it's the true foodies who know the cheeks are the ultimate delicacy. Halibut cheeks are portions of meat removed from the head of the Alaska halibut. The sweet, delicate flavor, texture and oval shape somewhat resemble an Alaska scallop. In fact, the cooking methods typically used for scallops – such as grilling, roasting and pan frying – also work well for halibut cheeks.

Fresh/Frozen orders are shipped Monday through Thursday upon availability via UPS overnight next day air. Orders received after 7am AST will be shipped upon the next available shipping day.  Orders placed Friday - Sunday will be shipped Monday upon availability.

The recipient should be present the day and time of scheduled delivery to ensure proper handling of fresh or frozen product. No signature required, package will be left if no one is available at time of delivery.
