Keta Salmon Ikura (Roe) also known as Chum Salmon Ikura, is the most popular of all Ikura caviar and is most used in Japanese Sushi restaurants.  Keta Salmon Ikura is known for its larger, well-shaped, brightly colored eggs.   With numerous health benefits, Wild Alaska Salmon Roe contain a healthy amount of antioxidants and vitamins B12, C, E, and D as well as folate, thiamine, and selenium.  High in protein, 9g in just 1oz.

    500-gram tray size is better for me than the 1 kilogram size that other online sellers have. The roe is clean and great tasting.

    We've ordered about 30 containers of Ikura Keta Caviar for a group of families from Eastern Europe and I must admit, this is by far the best caviar on the market. It's pricey but totally worth it. Low salt, no bitter after taste, no slime. Arrived frozen and perfectly packaged. Just perfect looking and great tasting caviar! Tried and tested by a very picky Russian-speaking crowd and 100% approved!

    We bought 1 lb to try, and we got hooked! The quality is exceptional. The roe arrives frozen solid, but thaws very nicely - we would break a piece of frozen roe and let it thaw in the fridge for a couple of hours. Many of our friends ended up ordering ikura from Copper River Seafood at our recommendation.
