Fresh/Frozen orders ship within 24-48 hrs. We ship Monday through Thursday upon availability via UPS Next Day Air. Orders placed Thursday-Sunday will be shipped the following Monday & Tuesday.  An emailed confirmation will be sent out as soon as the order ships, with the UPS tracking info. Please take advantage of signing up for UPS notifications to ensure you receive the product upon delivery.

*The recipient should be present the day and time of scheduled delivery to ensure proper handling of fresh or frozen product. No signature required; package will be left if no one is available at time of delivery.
