    We are from Florida and loved our boat fresh local catch. Now that we are in Arizona, the fresh halibut Ive ordered from Copper River Seafoods has been AMAZING. This is my 3rd order. The halibut smells fresh sweet and clean. It is better than what we are offered in local fish markets, by far.

    Great taste and I like the large chunks. Very easy to prepare in various dishes especially on the grill. Large portions are easy to grill on all side ensuring a well cooked dish without overcooking.

    So fresh when you open the bag there is a sweet smell of the salt and sea. Do not hesitate to try this fresh halibut. Its worth every dollar. No waste, gorgeous thick portions and the flavor is out of this world. There is nothing like fresh halibut.

    Halibut is my all time favorite fish. Getting FRESH halibut is the ultimate pleasure. This is the 2nd time I have ordered the Halibut fresh and not frozen. I like the fresh fish as I know I can safely freeze to my portion size.
    Thanks to Cooper River Seafoods, I can have my fresh fish and eat it too in the desert!

    We love Halibut and fell in love with the Copper River Halibut a few years ago. But this fresh Halibut even beats the Halibut that we have been getting for the last few years, as we always bought it frozen. I highly recommend you try it fresh. We placed tow orders in just over a week and we and our guests loved it!
