Halibut Kickers

Our halibut kickers are made from chunks not ground 100% wild-caught Alaskan Halibut.  With a firm delicate texture, clean flavor, breaded and lightly seasoned with Cajun spices for a nice subtle kick.  Great new choice for the healthier alternative.  

Omega-3 fatty acids are found naturally in Wild Alaskan Halibut. Make sure that you and your family get enough of this healthy nutrient by serving Wild Alaskan Halibut 2x per week. 

Bake or deep fry:

• Conventional Oven: Preheat to 425°F. Place frozen halibut pieces on lightly greased baking sheet. Cook for 20 to 22 minutes until crisp. Turn product halfway through bake time     for best results.

• Deep Fry: Heat oil to 350°F. Fry frozen portions for 5½ to 7 minutes until product is golden brown.

  • Cooking times and temperatures may vary.  Always cook/deep fry until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
