Copper River Seafoods adopted the US Department of Labor, Certified Apprenticeship as our workforce development program of choice in 2011.   The Apprenticeship model offers a program of study that 1) provides a career pathway for employees 2) easly modifies skill sets/training that are directly responsive to the industry and employer 3) provides progressively increasing wage scale for those within the program.
