What do you ship?

All of our products are shippable.

When do you ship?

Our shipping days are Mon.-Thurs. each week. Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days after your payment information has been processed, however, we do typically ship next day. We will contact you by email on the day your order is going out so you know the exact delivery date and tracking number of your package.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the continental United States. Please make sure that the address provided is your physical address where UPS will deliver. UPS will not deliver to a PO box.

How do you ship?

All of our orders are shipped via. UPS Next Day air service.

How to track an order that’s been shipped?

We will send you an email with your tracking number on the day your order is shipped. You can track your package using the UPS website or by calling the UPS help center. For further assistance you are always welcome to contact us directly by phone or email.

In-store pick up option?

If you would like to do a local order for pick, you would simply put your order in online, with your local address you will be given an option for local pick up. All orders made are scheduled for next day pick up. Pick times are Monday-Friday 11-2pm at our downtown plant location: 1400 E. 1st Ave. Anchorage, AK 99501 (Located by Mill & Feed).
