Can items be returned?

Copper River Seafoods cannot take returns on perishable items.

Copper River Seafoods cannot take responsibility for boxes undelivered due to misinformation given by you, delayed deliveries due to bad weather or items otherwise damaged by circumstances beyond our control.

What can I do to make sure my box arrives in good condition?

While these situations are rare occurrences there are some things you can do to help prevent them. Please take the time to review the shipping information you’ve given us. If you know of any extreme weather conditions in your area please contact us, we will hold your order for safe shipment. Making necessary arrangements to receive your order on the expected delivery date is helpful as well. Items will not stay frozen if left out in high temperatures.

How can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel and order you have made through this website you may do so by contacting us by phone 907-865-5033 or email at any point before you receive confirmation that your order has been shipped. Orders may not be cancelled after you’ve received the email from us containing the tracking number and delivery date of your package.

Refunds?

If your order is successfully cancelled by contacting us before your shipping confirmation email has been sent to you, you are entitled to a refund.

If you feel you are entitled to a refund because of human error on our part you must contact us by phone or email no later than 7 days after you receive confirmation that your order has been shipped.

We also cannot add discounts to orders once they have been placed as the charge has already gone through. You would need to contact us to cancel your order and you would need to place a new order online to apply the discount.
